Real Name: Hereward Richard Hugh Cle Brown

Profile: Silver Bullet first hit the UK hip hop scene as part of Triple Element, who released a tune called 'What's Dat' Sound' on Tam Tam Records in 1988. After this, came, his debut as a solo artist 'Bring Forth The Guillotine' also on Tam Tam Records, which was so successful that it prompted two other official remixes, one by Ben Chapman and the other by Norman Cook.

After a two year gap and label switch from Tam Tam to Parlophone, Bullet released 'Undercover Anarchist' before releasing his debut and long awaited album 'Bring Down The Walls - No Limit Squad Returns' which was originally going to be called 'Hung, Drawn and Quartered'.

As well as featuring on many other artists records like Jonny L, Outcast (not THE Outkast), Monkey Mafia, Ben Chapman, to name a few, Silver Bullet relaunched himself as a solo artist onto the hip hop scene in 1998 as Silvah Bullet. Apparently, an album was recorded on Arthrob, but was never released.

Ian Tregoning was born in Leeds and began his studio career in Zurich working with YELLO on the ground-breaking remix of "Bostich" in 1981. This record had such an enormous impact in the US that clubs in New York & Chicago were playing it every hour. Yello’s Boris Blank enjoyed the collaboration and suggested other recordings to work on, including "Oh Yeah". They continued to work together on some of Yello's finest moments.

As an engineer and producer, he’s since worked with an impressive international cast including ORBITAL, FELA KUTI, YMO, JOE STRUMMER, UNDERWORLD, SHAMEN, PROPAGANDA, THE GRID, BILLY MACKENZIE, BUSHWACKA!, ROBERT OWENS, WOODENTOPS, BANG THE PARTY and REPUBLICA.

In 1993 he was part of Inky Blacknuss and released two 12"s on Andrew Weatherall’s Sabrettes label (also featured Fat Cat's Alex Knight & Andrea Parker). Under the name Stranger he released "Volcano" and "Partly Cloudy" EP‘s for Mr.C’s Plink Plonk label. This was followed by the double-album "Rolling Thunder" for Octopus in 1995. Described as "an intriguing album of electronica…dense soundscapes and an abounding sense of malevolence set over travelling rhythms".

Since 1997, he’s been writing & producing under various pseudonyms such as Maximum Bob, Inky Blackness, Magnetik North & various others for Extreme Music in London who are music supervisors to the TV and Film industry.

Currently, he’s producing the Tokamak project for Bushwacka’s Plank label. So far "Setup/Mechanical Dub" has been released.
